Founded by Coco Reynolds in 2019, Marz Designs embodies a passion for elemental materials and the union of craft with industrial process. With a background in industrial design and experience across a broad spectrum of design disciplines, Reynolds brings a refined and multidisciplinary perspective to the studio.

Based in Byron Bay, Marz Designs thrives through close collaboration with local artisans whose craftsmanship informs each product, as well as through partnerships with a network of talented designers who form the core of the studio’s team. The success of Marz Designs is built on these connections, a collective of many hands working together to create each light.

Marz Designs places strong emphasis on collaboration, valuing the many hands that contribute in equally important ways to ensure each concept reflects a refined contemporary aesthetic, while aligning with principles of longevity and mindful consumption. All products are made to order rather than mass produced, encouraging long term care and appreciation.
